- Legal trends in early education and management issues.
- Current employment trends and policy updates.
- Supporting teachers in the classroom including team building, children with challenging behaviors, and parent relationships.
- Marketing and enrolment building strategies.
- Being an effective leader.
- Maintaining and inspiring inspiration within your team.

After completion of this course, participants will earn a renewed Director Credential and/or earn 21 hours of management training.
